THROWING OF GARBAGE AND CIGARETTE BUT FROM THE UNIT

Following up to the above subject. It is indeed very disappointing that the above incident had happened again several times despite the written reminder to our residents. The above had caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration to our residents staying below, who is the usual victim of the above inconsiderate act. Almost every day, they will have to endure the trash thrown from the unit/s above (AC ledge and Balcony areas) mostly consisting of food & cigarette but, dirty tissue etc.
We seek your consideration and understanding particularly towards the residents of the apartment unit staying below who will have to bear on the above indiscriminate throwing of garbage.
In this regard, we would like to request once again to please remind your household staff or maids to refrain from throwing any form of garbage or cigarette but from the balcony. Please note that we will be left with no option but to take a close monitoring and impose stern measures if the above continues.
We would also like to take this opportunity to apologize to the residents who are innocent of this issue but receives this reminder because of the irresponsible act of other resident/s.
