Speed Limit and Vehicle Light at Basement Area

We would like to remind all residents as well to our House Rules & Regulations in regard to a mandatory policy "Parking Area and Car Washing Area".Article 3.1.12 on House Rules and Regulations said: "Resident must observe and comply with all traffic regulations as indicated".We have placed a speed limit notification on the basement area for all vehicles passing the parking area. The maximum speed limit allowed in this area is 10 km/hour. We would appreciate it if you could inform your driver to follow the regulations and in addition we would also like to encourage you to turn on the main car light when driving in this area.This is all just intended for your own convenience and comfort.
