How to use Facilities Booking Online

• Please register to the club receptionist to get log on name and password.
• Please to change log on name and password as your required.
• Please log in to our website http://www.pakubuwonoview.com to book our courts on-line. Only registered residents are eligible to access this on-line booking system. For those owners who have leased their unit, they will automatically lose their right to use the online facility booking system to their respective lessee.
• Please click “ Tenant Only “ to reserve our court facilities.
• We recommend to read the terms and conditions for court reservation.
• Please click “ I agree to the terms and conditions above”.
• Please put your logon name and password to log in.
• Please click “ Bookings “ .
• Please click “ view schedule” to select desired court.
• Please click on the desired the date and time.
• If you need hitting partner / ball boy please put in summary column.
• Booking for hitting partner / ball boy must be made minimum 1 day in advance prior to the game.
• Guests who want to use any of the facilities will be charged a fee per person. The fee will be charged to the respective resident’s monthly billing. The resident’s guest who intends to use the facility must be accompanied by the respective resident at all times.
• Booking more than one time slot is not permitted. Each booking is limited to a maximum of 2 (two) hours / court.
• Our facility booking system has been designed so that booking can only be made a maximum of 3 (three) days in advance.
• Courts Operational Hours are as follow:
• Outdoor Court : 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Indoor Court    : 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Booking made after the operational hours will be approved on the following day from 7:00 AM onwards.

• The Club Reception will confirm all bookings via this website only.
• Residents who are unable to turn up for their booked session must inform The Club Reception one (1) hour before the playing time.
• In case no turn ups, the booking hours will be forfeited after a 15 minute grace period and the Building Management shall be at liberty to assign the slot to another resident.
• The Building Management has the sole discretion to reserve the use of any of the facilities for purposes of organized or regular activities intended for the common patronage of the residents as part of the community building activity.
• The club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings that are not complying with the above set of rules.

• Silahkan untuk mengubah nama login dan password yang Anda perlukan .
• Silahkan login ke http://www.pakubuwonoview.com untuk jadwal on-line pemesanan lapangan. Hanya mereka yang terdaftar yang berhak untuk mengakses sistem pemesanan on-line. Bagi pemilik yang telah menyewakan unit mereka, mereka secara otomatis akan kehilangan hak mereka untuk menggunakan sistem fasilitas pemesanan online untuk masing-masing penyewa.
• Silahkan klik "Penyewa Hanya" untuk memesan fasilitas pemesanan.
• Silahkan klik “ I agree to the terms and conditions above”.
• Silahkan masukan nama logon dan password untuk log in.
• Silahkan klik “ Bookings “ .
• Silahkan klik“ view schedule” untuk memilih lapangan yang diinginkan.
• Pilih hari, jam dan tanggal .
• Jika Anda memerlukan pasangan untuk bermain, silakan memasukkan dalam kolom ringkasan.
• Pemesanan untuk hitting partner / ball boy harus dilakukan minimal 1 hari di muka sebelum pertandingan.
• Para tamu yang ingin menggunakan fasilitas akan dikenakan biaya per orang.Biaya akan dibebankan ke tagihan bulanan warga bersangkutan. Tamu yang berniat untuk menggunakan fasilitas harus disertai oleh penghuni setiap saat.
• Pemesanan lebih dari satu slot waktu tidak diizinkan. Setiap pemesanan terbatas pada maksimum 2 (dua) jam / pengadilant.
• Fasilitas sistem pemesanan kami telah dirancang sedemikian pemesanan yang hanya dapat dilakukan maksimal 3 (tiga) hari sebelumnyae.
• Jam operasional lapangan sebagai berikut :
• Outdoor : 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Indoor : 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Pemesanan dilakukan setelah jam operasional akan disetujui pada hari berikut dari jam 7:00 dan seterusnya.

• Para Penerimaan Club akan mengkonfirmasikan semua pemesanan melalui website ini saja.
• Warga yang tidak dapat hadir untuk sesi mereka harus menginformasikan ke para Club reception satu (1) jam sebelum waktu pemutaran..
• Bila tidak ada konfirmasi gilirannya, jam pemesanan akan hangus setelah masa tenggang 15 menit dan Tata Bangunan akan bebas untuk menetapkan slot untuk penduduk lain.
• Manajemen Gedung memiliki kebijakannya sendiri untuk cadangan penggunaan salah satu fasilitas untuk tujuan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan atau reguler ditujukan untuk perlindungan umum dari penduduk sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pembangunan masyarakat..
• Klub berhak untuk menolak atau membatalkan pemesanan yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan ditetapkan di atas.
